Hi everyone, I created this account because I am a little lost and really need some guidance here. The issue is that I need to get instructions on how to download ALL of a deactivated users emails from their O265 account. We have to download them and then store them per our lawyers instructions. I know how to do this with an on-site exchange set up. However, we moved everything to O365 two years ago. I have tried to google this procedure and even asked Microsoft support (who is taking forever in getting back to me) and I cannot seem to find a way to do this, either through the portal or powershell in how I download all of a users (activated or deactivated) email in O365.
