“Killer” ergonomic setups

After decades of tendonitis in several places, I feel like I've tried a lot of different mice (vertical, trackball, 45 degree; both right and left) but my latest tendonitis (De Quervain's Tenosynovitis) is telling me I've stagnated on the keyboard side of things… So I'm considering the ErgoDox EZ. Any other ideas to stave away the tendonitis monster?

I feel like my job is literally killing me… slowly.

PS. I have both a stand up desk and a site down desk (options: Steelcase chair, kneeling chair, ball, adjustable height desk), both with dual screens but I'm also considering starting to utilize curved ultrawide monitors instead… but not sure that fits into ergonomics.
